M+A Architects developed the building program and design for the new 8,000 sf building that creates efficient and flexible production and training spaces for small electrical assembly and information technology industries The sloping site allowed for a clear separation of functions, with manufacturing on the lower level and information technology above, each with a separate entry. Sustainable strategies include large windows for natural lighting & ventilation. R&M Eng. provided civil and survey.
