Project Description:
Millard + Associates Architects, together with Fletcher Farr Ayote (FFA) of Portland, Oregon, completed the development study and conceptual plans for a new facility. The project included a review of ten potential sites for the new library, programming to define the size and spaces within, conceptual plans for the selected site above Main St., and a preliminary cost estimate. The final concept placed the new 20,000 s.f. two-story library atop a five-story open parking garage for grade access from the top of the site with parking below.
